Craig and Toni Kincaid

Craig and Toni met in Manhattan Beach in 1975. They married on June 4, 1976. They bought a house in the tree section, remodeled it, sold it, bought another house in the tree section and sold it in 1987. During those years Toni taught for the Los Angeles USD and Craig worked for American Hardwood and Robert S Osgood, Inc. In 1987 Craig and Toni bought a home and moved to Fair Oaks after Craig accepted a job to start and manage a hardwood lumber distribution warehouse in Sacramento for White Brothers based in Oakland, CA.

Toni taught for the Rancho Cordova USD. One year after employment with White Brothers, Craig left to start Kincaid Hardwood Company.

In 2004 Craig and Toni sold the Fair Oaks house only to rent it back from the buyer for a year during which they searched a place to move to and ultimately decided on San Luis Obispo, CA. Toni tried substitute teaching for a short time in SLO but retired from teaching to pursue community volunteering.

They rented a house for a year and bought a house on Laguna Lake in 2005. In 2008 Craig closed Kincaid Hardwood Company.

Since 2008 they have traveled and enjoyed the "SLO Life".
